CMA built a conversational platform with a photorealistic avatar and real-time speech, and grounded every answer in the organization’s own documents using retrieval. It explains what those documents actually say instead of what a general model guesses, turns complex points into on-screen cards and infographics, and is available around the clock.
It is engineered and validated for regulated environments, where an answer has to be accurate and auditable, not just fluent. It builds on Fraunhofer applied research in deploying language models where accuracy and traceability matter.
